If Q1 / Q3 / Q4 / Q6 cannot be answered — the molecule does not enter the Hero pipeline.

How we source & qualify

Products are sourced from qualified suppliers and independently re-QC'd on arrival - three-layer QC on every lot, release only on full pass. Anything that does not pass is not sold.

Shipping & storage

Cold-chain shipping per product class with batch COA; formulation and storage conditions are documented per lot.
